Abstract
Since the concept of knowledge spiral has been brought up, the produced process of the knowledge is proceeded continuously and repeatedly through externalization, internalization, combination and socialization, and achieves the final goal of knowledge management-sharing knowledge and creating business intelligence though the process of storage, classification, dissemination and inspiration. This research focus on the diversification of knowledge source, takes the issue how to seek for knowledge and discover knowledge. So this research introduces the concept of TKW(Taiwan Knowledge Window) and tries to apply the mechanisms of future knowledge management, by the way of performing KDM (Knowledge Document Management), KCM (Knowledge Community Management) and ICM (Intelligence Capital Management). Thinking about the internal and external knowledge resource, this research will bring up the reference basic model based on the framework of Taiwan Knowledge Window and the main spirit is to let the companies capture knowledge more effectively and efficiently with applying the knowledge discovery model in the TKW framework. The whole process comes from how to collecting knowledge through organizing knowledge, further utilizes the planning of knowledge map to achieve the goal of knowledge integration, finally companies can attain to the knowledge innovation and get advantage on Knowledge capture and diffusion. The primary goal of this study can be conclude to three main points: 1. By the way of background studying and literature reviewing, this research concludes the importance of knowledge discovery for knowledge management. 2. This research establishes an integrated knowledge management reference model applying knowledge discovery mechanisms based on Taiwan Knowledge Window which enables enterprise in Taiwan to conduct. 3. This research attempts to plan a visualized way named Knowledge Map which points company’s knowledge visually when searching knowledge allover the organization.
