Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis is not as common a problem in Taiwan as it is in western countries.Compared with traumatic tendon rupture, tendon rupture in rheumatoid arthritis has its complex and peculiar pathophysiological mechanism which includes chemical erosion by hypertrophic synovium and mechanical attrition by deformed joints and bony spurs. In management, all these patological foci must be eradicated to prevent recurrent failure. Tendon transfer is a simple and effective method for reconstructing lost tendon function. 相較於歐美地區，類風濕性關節炎患例在台灣並不多見。長時期的風濕性病變之 下，經由肥厚性滑液膜(synovium)的化學性侵蝕及骨刺和變形關節面的物理性磨損二 者共同作用下，可導致腕部伸指韌帶的自發性斷裂。處理此類患者，除重建其韌帶外 ，更必須除去致病性的滑液膜及骨刺等因素，以避免再發性斷裂。對於單一或少數的 韌帶斷裂，以韌帶移轉術重建其功能是一簡單且有效的治療方式。#2130#
