Abstract
吸附式製冷因為可利用太陽能或是廢驅動進而製冷,近年來備受關注,也是綠建築未來關鍵空調設備之一,但是在50~70℃低溫熱源再生條件下,如果吸附式製冷的冷凝器溫度為28~33℃,吸附式製冷系統的冰水出水溫度只能保持約16~18℃,再生熱源無法提高的狀態下,改善冷凝器的冷卻水將是關鍵方式,因此本研究使用22℃潛層溫度當作冷凝器冷源,使吸附式製冷系統可在低溫50~60℃的再生條件下,製造出約15℃的冰水,與30℃冷卻水相比,潛層溫能冷卻水可以提高吸附式製冷熱COP約50%,另一方面,利用吸附式製冷製造的冰水當作傳統壓縮式冰水主機之冷凝器的散熱冷源,可大幅提高空調系統整體的效能約52%,與單純淺層溫能結合壓縮機系統相比,可提高約33%的能效,對於容易取得潛層溫能與太陽能熱水的別墅型綠建築,使用吸附-壓縮複合式空調系統將為最佳配置法。
In recent years, adsorption chillers have attracted much attention because they can be driven by solar energy or waste. It is also one of the critical air-conditioning equipment for green buildings in the future. If the temperature of the adsorption chiller condenser is 28~33°C, the temperature of the chilled water outlet of the adsorption chiller can only achieve at about 16~18°C. Improving the condenser's cooling water of the adsorption chiller will be the key method because the regeneration heat source's limited. The shallow geothermal energy with 22℃ is used as the cooling source of the condenser. The adsorption chiller can produce chilled water of about 15℃under the regeneration condition of low temperature 50~60℃. Compared with the 30℃cooling water, the shallow geothermal energy cooling water can improve the COP of adsorption chiller by about 50%. On the other hand, using the chilled water produced by the adsorption chiller as the cooling source of the condenser of the traditional compressed chilled water system can significantly improve the overall efficiency of the air conditioning system by about 52%. Compared with the simple shallow geothermal energy combined with the compressor system, the energy efficiency can be improved by about 33%. The adsorption-compression hybrid air conditioning system will be the best choice for villa-type green buildings that can easily obtain shallow geothermal energy and solar hot water.
