A breakthrough practices could provokes the progressive of multimedia in cultural heritage sector. De-/weathering technology, breath detection technology, gigapixles photography technology, multi-resolution, multi-touch interface and transparent user interface are employed in the research as key technologies. In addition, we performed evaluations for two important applications. Both the quantitative and qualitative methods are used to collect data. Finally, we will show the lessons learned from the development of actual museum applications.
