Abstract
The Internet of Things is a long-term progress, with negotiation of multiple corporation and conversion of the internet concept. Due to the cost reduction and progress of data mining, the industry of the internet of things has become a next big thing. Besides, the policy and the competitive strategy of corporation are the most important component for a new industry. At the first of research, we will collect the literature of leader country and corporation to know the situation of this industry well. Second, we will improve Taiwan Strait double diamond model , which is developed by Industrial Technology Research Institute in 2005. According to the research result, Taiwan has strong chip technology and People Republic of China has strong market to create their own technology standard, in hence, the association and integration of whole industry chain can bring win win situation for both.
