Abstract
The internet infrastructure is increasingly popularized and matured in recent years. variety of communities on the internet has provided abundant digital health information and contents. Citizens in our country can obtain information from the internet before medical treatment in hospital when they get sick. But our individual medical treatment and health management information had been scattered all over the places. There are dynamic information providers including government sanitary unit, hospital, doctor, social service group, healthy management company, druggist and insurance company. Consumers are very difficult to trust their medical treatment at ambiguous and dispersive information. On the other hand, an electronic Personal Health Record (ePHR) and Electronic Patient Record (EPR) is developing rapidly to provide consumers with an intuitive web-based application to create, view, store and share healthcare information.cience and medical technology center need to equip with well-developed medical services and knowledge before devoting into healthcare services. Our research establishes health database based on information technology and health management services, support and elevate the development strategy of medical treatment and health check system, arouse consumers'' self-awareness of health management.iscuss the existing healthy management operation model, utilize the technology edge to combine the knowledge economy to form an integrated medical information platform and self innovated member service platforms to obtain clients health, creating new operation model in order to form medical information integration. Help consumers to keep the gate on their health, enrich their life, uplift their life quality and health management, lastly create innovative business opportunities on heath management platform.
