《漢書‧五行志》之創制及其相關問題 = The Treatise on the Five Elements of Han Shu: Anomalies Theories

The Treatise on the Five Elements of Han Shu is the most important record about the anomalies theories in Han dynasty. Ban Gu demonstrates the development of anomalies theories by juxtaposing different views from several sources, based on which he changes the standpoint of anomalies theories. This paper seeks to examine how Ban Gu comes to write the Treatise on the Five Elements, to form its generic style and annotation system.
