Abstract
Abstract
In this paper, using simulation analysis for photovoltaic system, including MPPT tracker and add the function of soft switching in photovoltaic three phase inverter DC-link. In order to reduce the inverter size, try to enhance the switching frequency, but the switching loss and electromagnetic interference (EMI) increased, so using the soft switching to improved and make the efficiency higher. The soft switching of photovoltaic three phase inverter can operate in three modes, the open loop mode, the stand-alone mode and the grid-connected mode.
The soft switching technology is using the quasi-resonant DC-link (QRDCL). This soft switching of photovoltaic three phase inverter will allow the three-arm of the switches in the zero voltage switching (ZVS) turn on to achieve the purpose of reducing switching losses.
