Abstract
The following business plan investigates the viability of a proposed map based mobile application as a business platform to use for highly customizable, localized and interactive advertising possibilities. To do such it will introduce the main product idea, value proposition and target markets. It will further launch into a comprehensive competitor and industry analysis as well as give a current market overview. Customer segments of particular relevance to the value propositions are then identified and research is undertaken to determine the most important characteristics and behavior patterns of these target customers and how these will in turn affect further business strategy. A road map including financial projections and necessary investments as well as expected returns will further be explored, this will include detailed information on the phases to a finished product.
