Abstract
To the Editor We have some concerns about the recent study1 that showed that early administration of 4-factor prothrombin complex concentrate (4F-PCC) had no significant benefit in reduction of 24-hour blood product consumption in patients with severe trauma who were at risk of massive transfusion.
