Abstract
Car-ride market matching is the integration of vehicle supply and car ride needs. As far as the current market environment is concerned, the main car-ride matching channels consist of two types, namely taxis and rental cars. However, these two matching methods and service modes have been fixed for many years, leading to the lack of overall market differentiation and innovation and resulting in the failure to improve service quality and create higher values for consumers. Nevertheless, with the technological advancement and the incessant development of new technologies such as the Internet, mobile devices, and cloud computing, many industries have undergone major changes. Hence, this study is intended to change the car-ride matching market through the development of new technologies. With the new auxiliary technologies, more values are expected to be provided for consumers. First, the current situation of the car-ride matching mode was analyzed in this study. Through the structure of the three innovation elements, new service modes were conceptualized and the system circulation diagram was plotted. Then, the structural theme in this study, the value creation cycle, was analyzed. With literature review and secondary data as aids, the market, trend laws and regulations, strategic alliance, system design product manufacture, channeling, customers, and other dimensions were analyzed. Through the complete industrial ecology cycle, the conceptualization of the innovation mode was implemented, thereby creating a whole new car-ride matching platform. This study suggests that most car-ride needs are imminent. Through the high prevalence of mobile Internet and mobile devices, higher values can be created for passengers. Additionally, use activating economy to reactivate the use of idle vehicle. High-quality car-ride services are demonstrated by various positioning. Furthermore, the two-way scoring mechanism brings out the higher quality of members on the platform, while attracting more high-quality drivers and vehicles to join the platform. Finally, various feedbacks to cut down costs are given to producers and consumers, thus creating a perpetual cycle for the innovative car-ride matching platform. Furthermore, through the VCC strategic analysis, this car-ride matching mode can be duplicated for use by other countries, while amendments on unsuitable areas are made according to local conditions in order to create the most appropriate car-ride matching services.
