Abstract
The target of this study is providing a reference for enterprise to execute change management. A company that executed change management for many years is the object that focused to study. A feasible way to execute change management has been found through the examination of many theories. The result of study provides a feasible way as reference to enterprise that need execute exchange management.
This study has included an organization change history of the company and examination of Kotter’s 8-step Process for Leading Change. The study had discovered the transforming of organization formed by serious of changing periods that linked together to establish a long process of change management. The analysis based on the E theory and the O theory has introduced few variables of change management that can be measured and represent the success of change management. The conclusion are three conditions found by examination of these variables in the period of change management with the 8-step Process for Leading Change.
The self-motivation of employee is a condition to success for change management, an admired leader with efficiency is the second condition to success for change management and Equality is the third condition to success for change management.
