Abstract
This paper studies the fairness of power management in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) system environment, which is divided into two issues, one is in line with the fairness and fixed total power in the circumstances to maximize the total capacity, and the other for transfer rate and ensure the fairness of the request to achieve total power minimization. In the present, wireless network applies in various ways; the requirement of different applications for the network resources are different. The first question in the paper is in order to meet the network transmission speed needs for different users to achieve maximum the total capacity with power management, we propose a way of low complexity and high accuracy to improve the method so that a better system performs. And in the second question, we proposed choosing several methods of subcarrier allocation which makes the base station transmit power needed lower.
