Abstract
This research take participates in elderly of the Xingfu Farmers’Association Sung-Nein University as an object, conducts research the elderly study, if is for the purpose of discussing the Xingfu Farmers’Association Sung-Nein University elderly learning motivation and satisfaction, with confirmed how is called “the success” to handle the elderly study organization.This research picks the questionnaire survey procedure and the depth interview, take participation the Xingfu Farmers’Association Sung-Nein University for 98 school years (all to be 58 years old) in study the student as the object of study, altogether provide and gave back 191 questionnaire, the depth interview 20 in study students of 65 years old.

(2) The learning satisfaction''s mean value of Xingfu Farmers’Association Sung-Nein University students’ is 4.40 points.
(3) The highest learning satisfaction of the Xingfu Farmers’Association Sung-Nein University student is “teacher''s expression ability and body movement”.
(4) Xingfu Farmers’Association Sung-Nein University students in different background variable, their learning motivation are all “learning for knowledge, interest” and “promotion healthy” primarily.
(5) Do the Xingfu Farmers’Association Sung-Nein University students in the different variable, their learning satisfaction,except “the state of health”, “participate in the class to leave” and “whether there is participate in the Sung-Nein University''s ever green study park” to present the remarkable difference, other backgrounds variable, does not have the remarkable difference.
(6) Xingfu Farmers’Association Sung-Nein University student their learning motivation of “kills the time” with learning satisfaction of “whether to have conforms to your learning motivation from the very beginning” have related.
(7) Chooses the Xingfu Farmers’Association Sung-Nein University, but the non-other organization''s primary cause is (a) government sponsor; (b) cheap; (c) convenient traffic; (d) peasant association handles the oral traditions are good, and the teachers are superior, the learning environment is good; (e) has the age limit.
According to the above conclusion, this research divides management and the government related aspect on the Sung-Nein University proposes the research to suggest that lists item by item as follows:
(1) According to the gender, the financial circumstance, state of health''s difference provides conforms to the elderly study needed curriculum.
(2) Controls various classes attending class population truly.
(3) The school hours length, may make the demand investigation.
(4) The curriculum content may aim at participates in student''s need, makes some revisions perhaps the plan.
(5) In accordance to student''s individual differences, curriculum certain parts may carry on the individualizing, the group and so on different teaching way.
(6) Encourage various universities start elderly education related department trains the specialized teachers, provides the teachers to prove according.
(7) The Sung-Nein University should the conformity society bureau and Bureau of Education''s resources.
