Abstract
Background and purpose
Under the strict circumstances,there are many studies was designed to discuss the issues such as stress,violence,effectiveness about the emergency physicians and nurses .Our study is oriented to outline the personality profile of them and is aimed to applied the result on the emergency team organization and its job.
Study method
We used the “Five Factor Model” with convenience sampling randomizedly from four hospitals’ emergency settings in one month duration.After that,we scored and analyzed it with EXCEL tool.
Result analysis
Different from the stereotype image of emergency physicians,the conscientiousness dimension is not high for all hospital.This important dimension is higher in senior practitioners and center hospital.The openness dimension is higher than norm among emergency practitioners.
Conclusion
The personality is a factor relatively stable in the consideration of organization management.We can change it little,but can make the best on its characteristics.
