Abstract
In this study, we attempted to investigate the phenomena in which the granule and chemical transmitter in cell are expelled from the cell by exocytosis. The governing equations consist of the inside and outside fluid equations of the cell and transport concentration equation for the chemical transmitter. This physical exocytosis model was studied using the software FreeFem++ to predict the granule motion and chemical transmitter concentration outside of the cell. The predicted numerical solutions will also be compared with the reference solutions.
