Abstract
This study explores temporary instructor’s willingness and performance expectation of future participation in Farmers internet literacy training (FILT). Specifically, the relationships among enthusiasm for teaching, teaching performance, and self-efficacy of temporary instructors hired to teach in FILT are examined. The study investigated 80 valid samples. The study results, based on temporary instructors’ experiences included for analyses, revealed the effects of enthusiasm for teaching on teaching performance, self-efficacy of teaching on performance expectation of future teaching, and teaching performance at present on self-efficacy of teaching.
