Abstract
Fast fashion is a critical industrial trend which affects the fashion and textiles industry, and the respective supply chains. Undoubtedly, information systems are critically important in fast fashion supply chains as they are essential for many crucial business operations. In this introductory chapter, we first discuss some key decision points in fast fashion supply chains. Then, we examine the information requirements with the goal of achieving an efficient fast fashion supply chain system.
