A 3.3V 100Mbps UWB pulse transmitter with pulse position calibration has been designed and fabricated in TSMC 0.35um 2P4M CMOS technology In this thesis. It can transmit 100Mbps pulse, using pulse position modulation (PPM) and the modulation-time is 1ns. Because the process vibration , the time is not very perfect, we design a calibration loop to reduce the tolerance . We will introduce step by step including system-structure, circuit, pre-simulation, and measurement result.
