Abstract
Operation and construction of cities should be based on the concept of people-centered and caring environment, but also cosider how to take into account social, ecological and human systems integration. Urban infrastructure can construct more “Green infrastructure” to link the city’s LOHAS map of the public space of rural economic development and ecological environment sustainable development. Link depends on the local government of thinking through the policy of the goals of consistency, and organizes a mode of cooperation and creative integration between major design team and central management unit. There are conduce to improving the ossify organization regulations of administrative divisional department and departmental egoism, and to establishing a good partnership to create the vision of future for local sustainable development.e through the experience and concept of I-lan county government resident some case of public spaces transform surrounding I-lan river, were explored the planning of green system and urban-rural public space, how to integrated the forward-looking concept of the public-private sector and resident for building space and green resource. Furthermore, they actively create a healthy and sustainable environment for living from the standpoint of regional context and local community life-quality, and concrete practice the cooperation between local governments and major design team. They improved the ossify organization regulations, link local community resident and central management unit to advance the reconstruction of local life-space and transform the landscape. They create a creativity model of sustainable management and local construction.
