Abstract
This paper provided the new performance of electric-optical method to measure the high speed rotation-spindle. A particular mount is designing to hold the corner-cube under the rotation-spindle, The beam-splitter, Laser source and photo-detector such as PSD (Position Sensing Detector), QD(Quadrant Detector) to measure the displacement, The experiment was carried out with the developed system on a CNC machine tool spindle, the results of this were give in the paper, The uncertainly of the system was whole provided. ?
