Abstract
Histologic diagnosis of granuloma is often considered clinically equivalent to a definite diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) in endemic areas. Optimal management of surgically resected granulomatous inflammation in lung with negative mycobacterial culture results, however, remains unclear.
