Abstract
We fabricated ultra-fast 850 nm VCSELs with high efficiencies, excellent output linearity, and exhibits a modulation bandwidth of up to 32.4 GHz. Which could be applicable for next-gen 50-100 Gbps PAM4 transceivers. © Optica Publishing Group 2021
