Abstract
With the development of the Internet, which is now rapidly into the All IP era. Through the communication standards such as SNMP management agreement between the equipment from different vendors can communicate with each other and management. But because the success of IPv4 and IPv6 current promotion of a slower rate than expected, so most of the network are currently using NAT technology to get enough for IP network services. This gave SNMP is not working, have been raised after the settlement, but will often reduce network performance and a significant amount of time in the network equipment on the set. On the other hand the new generation of management techniques used to name the way for management and search of work. This paper put forward and implemented through the SIP SIMPLE-based messaging standards to provide services and SNMP compatible with existing SNMP standards.
