In keeping with the national drive for
sustainable development, this project aims at
corresponding institutional and legal
underpinnings of present national operation
and seeks to offer directions for reform. As
institutional capacity-building model gains its
increasing attention in national drive for
sustainable development, this project is to
assess existing decision-making mechanism
and institutional elements relevant to
sustainable development. Findings and
suggestions derived from this project is
expected to form a sound basis for national
strategy towards sustainable development.
