Abstract
This business plan is to study the barriers to entry in the current healthcare industry for a brand new medical device company in Taiwan. The industry analysis and marketing strategies were emphasized the most in order to understand the difference and similarity of the provided products and services compared to the existing competitors. This plan was to implement new bedside monitors in the medical centers to gain visibility and credibility of the brand. The goal of the business plan is to promote and raise the awareness of continuous bedside monitoring in Taiwan medical industry. The proposing device was able to provide the function of continuous monitoring and also to relieve the workflow of caregivers. This study also summarize other possibilities to expend the products lines and probability.
