Abstract
A monolithic dual-mode-lasing distributed feedback laser diode chip is employed as the optical-self-heterodyned 300-GHz-band wireless data transmitter for millimeter-wave IM-DD QAM-OFDM link with direct encoding bit-rate of 24-Gbit/s and carrier frequency instability of <0.5-GHz.
