Abstract
知識經濟與知識管理主導著世界的脈動，促使網路組織成為發展趨勢。網路組織剛開始只是專家學者心目中一種未來的組織型態，然而，由於資訊科技的進步一日千里，網路無遠弗屆，使得經營環境瞬息萬變，企業面臨更激烈的競爭，因而必須提昇企業的競爭優勢，因此，使得網路組織這種嶄新的組織模式應運而生。本文目的是基於文獻探討的理論基礎，以邏輯推理推導出以網路技術為基礎的網路組織模式，以及推導出研究假設，然後採用實證研究方法郵寄問卷調查，問卷回收資料以LISREL結構化模式分析探討模式適合度，以及驗證研究模式與研究假設。研究的發現與討論目的是分析其管理上隱涵性意義，並且分析比較本模式與國外學者提出的模式，發掘其潛在的管理涵義。本研究模式，以及分析討論的隱涵性貢獻，可以提供學術界與企業界參考。
Knowledge economics and knowledge management bring the word into new development and generate a new network organization. At the beginning, the network organization is just virtual organizational type in the future in the mind of experts and scholars. However, under the environment of information technology innovation and due to coping the enterprise competition of 21 century, a new organizational type (network organization) is generated. The purposes of this article are inference out the IT toward network organization model of reputation in Taiwan and the research hypothesis base on the literature review. We use the empirical research method to survey the reputation on Taiwan. Then, we use the LISREL model to analyze the goodness-fit-index (GFI) and to verify the research model and hypothesis. Then, we analysis and compare our network organization model with the other model. In the future, the findings and management implication of this research can provide the enterprises and academic the reference to create the network organization to raise the performance and competition advantage of network organization.
