Abstract
We have measured the magnetic susceptibility of Cd1-xFexS (x<0.09) and found a typical Curie-Weiss behaviour above 100K. Basing on the high temperature expansion series developed for Fe-based diluted magnetic semiconductors, we estimate the nearest neighbour exchange coupling constant JNN=-20K. © 1994.
