Abstract
In this work, we design a microchannel with thin-film-separated double layer. The geometry of inner channel can be controlled by the pneumatic system connected to the outer channel. As well as the flow field inside the microchannel and the inertial force acted to the particles inside the microchannel is manipulated by the geometry of flow channel. We can manipulated the deferent sizes of microparticles by the designed criteria of pneumatic control system. Copyright ? (2018) by Chemical and Biological Microsystems Society. All rights reserved.
