Abstract
In the era of the climate change, environment destruction and energy conversion, Pingtung government promoted ‘Aqua Solar Farm’ planning due to the typhoon flooding that brought serious disaster to Linbien and Chiatung in Pingtung county. By this planning, people dedicated in developing solar power, at the meanwhile, it can also reduce the subsidence that ascribed to aquaculture industry. The planning methods rise up from the issues in different generations. Nowadays, people concern more about the energy conversion, thus there are more and more renewable energy planning in the West, however, there are no methods and standards for Taiwan to build up the renewable energy area. People should not only see renewable energy construction as infrastructures, we should build it in a more comprehensive and sustainable perspective. Thus, this research uses the sustainability energy landscape planning designed by Sven Stremke (2010) in Netherlands, and applies in Linbien ‘Aqua Solar Farm’ as an empirical site. During the process, the research analyses the site environment, near future developments, possible far-futures and speculates integrated visions. Finally, comparing with the practical planning case in Linbien now, the research suggests amendments for the sustainability energy landscape planning. Also, the research proposes the land use managements from the particularities in ‘Aqua Solar Farm’ and local environment to fulfill renewable energy landscape planning.
