Abstract
Political influence of the TV talk show has been the subject of concern in the field of this studies, this study is following "who control"? "who "say? Say What " three faces in order to explain "communication rights and Access rights of Media" ,and attempt to provides another angle of view of political programmes.
This study is using "depth of visiting" and "participation by observation" trying to know the actual effect after martial law on Taiwan ,what`s the public freedom of expression of the "political TV talk show", through the practice of "production group" deep interview, trying to establish a political program of "access rights of media" "operating mode。.
This study collect the graphic Schematic of finishing in the fifth chapter. This research found they are the operation core of " Bierarchy of influence " and trying to make their team images, to realize the interactive between they and political sector,the organization sector, and read heard sector, then they how to program general operation specification, to know why the public political knowledge is towards "non-professional persons" approach of development. It `s forming the Taiwan''s unique "true virtual" political interpretations。
