Abstract
NSCLC progressing on crizotinib to receive either brigatinib 180 mg qd (7-day lead-in at 90 mg qd) or alectinib 600 mg twice daily. The primary end point is progression-free survival as assessed by a blinded Independent Review Committee; the key secondary end point is overall survival.
