Abstract
The Executive Yuan of the Republic of
China had passed the Promotion Project of
Green Building in 2001.3 . The project stated
the buildings of the governments should apply
the Green Building Awards before built . The
school buildings should follow the project.
However, the school buildings were never
designed for green building . .Nobody knows
what influences the green building will bring to
school building .
The purpose of this study is to measure the
levels of the indicators of Green Building
Award in the junior high schools . This study
had collected the data from 31 junior high
schools in Taipei, and estimated the levels of
two indicators, Greening and Raining Storage
in Building Site.
In the discussion part, this study analysis
the design of school building . Finally, this
study gives some advances to improve the
environment of Green Building in schools.
