Abstract
Non-degenerate fs pump-probe experiments in the UV-visible range for ultrafast carrier dynamics study of InGaN with adjustable pump and probe photon energies are implemented with simultaneously multi-wavelength second-harmonic generation of a Ti:sapphire laser.
