Abstract
In Taiwan's tradional theories of Criminal Procedure, "Search" were understood as "Intrusion". But in terms of U.S.'s development of the concept of "Search", the scale of "Reasonable Expectation of Privacy" has constructed an absolutely modern approach to identify "Search". My study in this thesis deals mainly with the concept of "Search". I strongly recommend that the criminal courts shall adopt the approach of "Reasonable Expectation of Privacy" to identify "Search". In addition, I have also provided a revised standard of "Reasonable Expectation of Privacy".
