Abstract
The development of domestic agriculture is a high economic mode of production, the use of GREENHOUSES and other facilities as the main building of the agriculture. Taiwan''s climate change and more, the greenhouse industry for the adjustment of the different climate models for all kinds of research and development facilities. On this basis, it is also advantageous to become open up international market experience. In this paper, the famously agricultural capital of Taiwan, Yunlin County as a research subject, Yunlin County Government to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture, subsidies to local farmers for many years, counseling means GREENHOUSE production equipment to produce high quality of vegetables, flowers and fruit trees. The safety and quality of agricultural products to establish healthy production environment, ""Safe Agriculture"" policy, driven by growth from crops, cultivation and management and pesticide management, and do source control, combined with the promotion of agricultural production equipment, increasing agricultural productivity. Yunlin County''s agricultural output from 2005, NT $ 47.9 billion, growing to NT $ 72.6 billion in 2014, the implementation of agricultural policies for agricultural development have significant results. Any policy to promote and the implementation of the results, in addition to economic data, understand the in order to investigate whether the policy really local people benefit plan as a reference and the proposed amendment future policy. In this paper, sample collection through the implementation of agricultural policy in Yunlin County for 20 towns, The GREENHOUSE production facilities and cultivation of vegetables, flowers and fruit trees for the farmers as the research object, Understanding of the GREENHOUSE amenities subsidy policy and satisfaction survey. In this study, a cross-sectional study design was conducted via self-structured questionnaire collected by paper, in which 303 effective questionnaires, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test and analysis of variance statistics. Finally, according to the results that through important agricultural import quantity and price, the policy support measures to reduce the investment costs of farmers and agricultural equipment and upgrade farmers production quality, agricultural export opportunities arising from joining TPP, in order to safeguard the interests of sustainable development of agriculture and farmers.
