Abstract
Grippe im Griff: Die mechanismusbasierte Sonde 1 bildet ein biotinyliertes Addukt mit Neuraminidase (NA) aus Arthrobacter ureafaciens und inhibiert überdies eine Reihe weiterer NA-Aktivitäten. ELISA-Experimente bestätigen, dass Influenza-Viren von dieser Sonde selektiv gebunden werden.
