Abstract
Cell-on-a-Chip (COC) can be utilized to get a preliminary analysis of the drug development for reducing the usage of experimental animals. Several strategies of surface modification in microchannel have been used to make the cells attach to the surface that increases the complexity of the COC chip fabrication. In the study, we propose a COC platform which has a reversible package design and a simple cell seeding process. Cells attach to a circular glass slide without any modification, and it provides the possibility of the duplex cells analysis in a chip. Using this COC platform, the function and harm of the new cancer drugs can be evaluated efficiently. ? 2018 IEEE.
