Abstract
From the point of history, this research observes the development of interactive relationship of joint cross- strait crime fighting. In retrospective, to generalize and analyze the past experiences, modes and paths of joint cross-strait criminal investigation, hoping through the establishment of joint cross-strait crime fighting mechanism, discussions of the effectiveness of its enforcement and a better understanding of the subsequent problems affiliated with the mechanism, this research can provide a complete analysis. his research is divided into six chapters: The first, introduction, separately discusses the motivation, research problems and research hypothesis, retrospection of related literary review, scope and limitation of the research, paths and methods of the research, structure of the research and discussion of the arrangement of chapters. The second chapter focuses on the process of joint cross-strait crime fighting. The third to the fifth chapter separately discusses the factors affecting the process of cross-strait crime fighting and analyzes the actual cases of joint cross-strait criminal investigative cooperation in an attempt to explore the modes and paths of criminal investigative mechanism. The sixth chapter, conclusion, in respond to the naming of the research title, will first generalize the findings of this chapter.
