Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is a major complication in patients with type 1 diabetes (T1D). The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (sNGAL) in the early detection of DKD in childhood-onset T1D patients.
