Abstract
The current official emission database, TEDS 6.1, estimated the emission of paved road in Taiwan. It still used the US AP-42 emission factor regressed from the us local paved road date.
The research collected other paved road emission factor, including Lin and Tsai, from Taiwan and compares with AP-42. We tried to input required parameter, like meteorological condition, average car weighted, and silt loading. By adding vkt data, the resulting figured out every emission of the emission factor. Compared the result, we found there are a big bias between AP-42 and Lin or Tsai. The emission of Lin or Tsai compared with AP-42 about 4 times less.
Finally, we transformed the emission into 1 km
