Abstract
The research is about leading straight ideas that people think about radiation and radioactive rays, establish correct scientific attitude, and assess safe reference on non-ionizing radiation. According to the domestic and international documents and materials, they were not only researched on effects of ionizing radiation and non-ionizing radiation firstly but also found out the safety standards of various countries on non-ionizing radiation. They can also be used to understand the principles of the measures of electromagnetic radiation and those of the measure instruments. Measuring the electromagnetic radiation of the electric apparatus in daily life compares with the safety standards. Whether it is dangerous or not? Does it satisfy the safety standards? This research also introduces the principles of the electromagnetic radiation shielding to do the references of reducing radiation.
Finally, this research analyzes the correction for the hearsay about electromagnetic radiation on the network and straights the idea of people according to the viewpoint of physics.
