Abstract
Very short ~270 ps pulses are generated by 1~2W VCSEL arrays with fast rise/fall times. Spatially resolved time delays are observed for the first time to be <125 ps promising for high time-of-flight depth resolution ~5 mm. ? 2021 IEEE.
