Abstract
本研究爲調查法，採立意取樣，共收集七十九名於某教學醫院接受生殖科技治 療的婦女爲個案。以自擬之結構式及半結構式問卷收集資料。結構式問卷之資 料，以百分比求得描述性統計分析；半結構式問卷所收集之資料，則採內容分析法， 以解釋量性之資料。本研究主要探討接受生殖科技治療婦女其求治「中、西醫療及民 俗療法」之內容、及其在此歷程的經驗。結果顯示，接受生殖科技治療婦女曾尋求西 醫療法、中醫療法、及民俗療法的個案百分比分別100%、72.2%、54.4%。 其所採用西醫之醫療型態，分成非侵入性醫療(100%)、陰道部位之侵入性醫療(97.5% )、及手術性醫療(69.6 %)三類；中醫療法之型態中，曾採用正規中醫療法者佔60.8% ，曾採用非正規中醫療法者佔48.1%；至於接受民俗療法之型態包括：獲知天命(39.1 %)、改變天命(26.6%)、及增添福祉(35.4%)三。這些方式的採用是因爲她們希 望以西醫科學突破命運；以中醫中藥維護隱私；以民俗獲知與調整命運。根據本研究 結果對不孕症醫療之建議包括「將中醫醫療納入專業醫療」、「導正非專業醫療的行 爲」、及「建立本土化的醫療模式」三方面。 The purposes of this study were to explore the types and experiences of western medical treatment, Chinese medical treatment, and folk curing during the subject’s conception-searching process. Survey research were designed. With purposive sampling, 79 women who received reproductive treatment were recruited from a teaching hospital. Data were collected by the researcher- developed structured and semi-structured guides. Descriptive statistics were applied to analyze the structured data-Content analysis was conducted to explain the meaning of the semi-structured data. The results showed that the receiving-reproductive treatment women had searched western medicine (100%), Chinese medicine (72.2%), and folk curing (54.4%) to search conceiving. Under the western medicine, the cases receive non- invaceived medicine (100%), invaceived medicine of the varginal region (97 .5%), and operative treatment (69.6%). Under the Chinese and traditional medicines, the cases received Chinese medicine ( 60.8%), traditional medicine (48.1%). Under the folk curing, the cases received knowing the fate (39.1%), changing the fate (26.6%), and improving the fate (35.4%). The Purposes of adopting these methods were to breakthrough the fate with western medicine, protect their privacy with Chinese medicine, and faced and accomodated fate. In summary of the result, “incorporating the Chinese and traditional medicine to the treatment of infertility”, “ correcting the non- professional health behavior”, and “setting up the Chinese culture medicine model” were suggested to improve the quality care of infertility.
