Abstract
One of the public’s concerns on the mobile communications is the energy of handset radiation absorbed by the humane body quantized by SAR[1,2], which has been widely regulated in many countries based the standards defined by international organizations[1]. Many efforts have tried to reduce the SAR including the modification of antennas and utilization of ferrite plates to isolate the energy from penetrating into humane head as exampled in [3,4]. Those studies assume that most of energy penetrating into heads radiated directly from the handset antennas. Also those reductions of SAR cost degrading the system performance.
