Abstract
Selecting specific antibodies of the cell from the phage display library is essential for targeted therapy. However, traditional methods require heavily manual operation and involve complicated devices. To tackle these limitations, we developed a low-cost microfluidic device which was integrated with fluidic manipulation components to promote panning efficiency. This method allows us to reduce the reaction time between phage selection cycles with automatic operation and shows the potential to replace the traditional panning method.
