Abstract
The great earthquake will cause a very
huge damage, and the transportation
network might be destroyed during the
earthquake. To relieve people from the
disaster area, it must be with a traffic
management center. A good traffic
management center can control the traffic
condition and increase the efficiency. The
study suppose a framework of the traffic
management center, includes traffic
management device, traffic detect system,
communication system and GIS.
The study consider the information
with subjectivity and fuzzy. To develop the
traffic control devices, the study solves the
problem with uncertainty by fuzzy expert
system. By the method, it can Combine the
fuzzy theory and expert system with
considering the road supply and traffic
demand.
