Purpose: To retrospectively compare the perfusion parameters of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) measured with dynamic contrast material-enhanced (DCE) magnetic resonance (MR) imaging with surrounding liver parenchyma to determine the relationship between these parameters and uncensored overall survival (OS).
