Abstract
The thesis aims to discuss about architecture and status of Computerized Medical Record System. For huge paper medical records it is hard to archive and retrieve. Finally, we use watermarking technology to improve the secure of medical records. Then we examine watermark under some common image attack.he purpose of this study is to implement computerized medical record system to easy the retrieve the medical record and enhance the secure of medical record.
